ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL contains Salicylic acid which belongs to the group of medicines called Keratolytic agents. ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL is used as a daily cleansing routine to manage acne.
ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL is also used to manage oily skin in affected individuals.
ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL is not recommended for use in patients allergic to salicylic acid. It is also not recommended for use in patients recovering from chicken pox and in patients who had received varicella vaccine (for atleast 6 weeks).
ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL is generally not recommended for use in pregnant women. It is also not recommended for use in breastfeeding women as it may pass through breastfed milk.
ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL is not recommended for use in children (aged below 2 years) and should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 60 years) after consulting the doctor.
The most common side-effects associated with the use of ZITCLIN FOAM WASH GEL are dryness, skin irritation, and/or scaling of skin. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsens.
