📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays (stock issues, address verification, etc.), our team will notify you via email/phone.

🛫 International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship internationally.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and courier charges.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if any) must be paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

🚫 Delivery Issues / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer unavailable to receive the package

  • Non-payment of customs (for international orders)

Re-shipping charges will be applicable.

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.

For missing/damaged items:
