ZIFI DT 50MG TABLET is used in the management of bacterial infections in children. It contains a powerful antibiotic called
Cefixime
which effectively reduces progression of the infections especially in infections of the ear, nose, throat, sinus infections, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract and genital tract infections and biliary tract injection, and genital tract. It can also be used in the management of typhoid fever.
Take ZIFI DT 50MG TABLET for the stipulated duration instructed by your doctor even if you feel better during the midway of the therapy to achieve better results. Failing to complete the full course of the therapy or skipping doses in between the therapy may not result in adequate infection control.
ZIFI DT 50MG TABLET is suitable for use both in adults and in children aged 10 years or older. However, consult your doctor for advice before taking it. Before taking ZIFI DT 50MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any stomach problems or kidney problems. You must also inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking ZIFI DT 50MG TABLET as a precaution.
The most common side effects of taking ZIFI DT 50MG TABLET are nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, and bloating. Inform your doctor if they trouble you.
