Xinbest Cream is a dermatological cream used to manage hyperpigmentation skin conditions including brown spots. It contains kojic acid, niacinamide, licorice extract, soy isoflavones and tetrahydrocurcumin as active ingredients that work together to supress the melanin secretion. Niacinamide and soy isoflavones interfere with the interaction between keratin and melanin (skin pigment) producing cells, resulting in inhibition of melanogenesis (synthesis of skin pigment) by modulating certain receptors. Licorice extract and kojic acid exhibit antioxidant activity by neutralizing the free radicals that are responsible for cell damage.
