VESTOVA 0.25MG INJECTION contains Cetrorelix which belongs to the group of medicines called Gonadotrophin-releasing hormone antagonists. It is used to manage premature ovulation (early release of eggs from ovaries). It is typically used among women during assisted reproductive techniques, where it helps the doctors to collect fertile eggs from the women’s body at the appropriate time. VESTOVA 0.25MG INJECTION stops your body from releasing an egg until it becomes fully matured. When your eggs reach the optimum maturity, your doctor will give you another medicine that will help in releasing them. Before receiving VESTOVA 0.25MG INJECTION inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems. It should not be used in pregnant women after successful conception. It is also not recommended for use in breastfeeding women and in children or adolescents (aged below 18 years). The most common side effect of receiving VESTOVA 0.25MG INJECTION is irritation, redness, itching and swelling at the site of injection. Consult your doctor if it troubles you.
