Urikind-KM6 Sugar free Solution is used to manage kidney stones as well as to manage renal tubular acidosis with kidney stones. It contains Potassium citrate, Magnesium citrate, and Pyridoxine hydrochloride as active ingredients that helps to manage the formation, growth, and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys, thereby managing stones.

Potassium citrate and magnesium citrate are urine alkalinizers. They help to make the urine less acidic by raising urinary PH. This effect helps the kidneys get rid of uric acid, thereby helping to manage kidney stones. Pyridoxine helps to lower the urinary excretion of oxalate, which in turn is the major determinant od calcium oxalate dependent kidney stones.

Always take Urikind-KM6 Sugar free Solution exactly as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. Its advised to dilute the contents in a glass of water according to your physician’s instructions before taking . It should be taken with food.

Urikind-KM6 Sugar free Solution is not recommended for use in patients having severe renal impairment with oliguria or azotaemia, unmanageed Addison’s disease, adynamia episodica hereditaria (periodic paralysis with increase in serum potassium), acute dehydration, heat cramps, anuria, severe myocardial damage, or high levels of potassium in blood.
