Urikind- K Sugar free solution is used to manage urinary tract infections as well as to manage kidney stones and gout (increased levels of uric acid). It contains potassium citrate and citric acid as active ingredients that helps to manage the formation, growth and aggregation of crystals in the kidneys, thereby managing stones.
Potassium citrate and citric acid are urine alkalinizers. They help to make the urine less acidic by raising urinary PH. This effect helps the kidneys get rid of uric acid, thereby helping to manage gout and kidney stones.
Always take Urikind- K Sugar free solution exactly as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. It is advised to dilute the contents in a glass of water according to your physician’s instructions before taking. Do not take Urikind- K Sugar free solution if you have increased blood levels of potassium and creatinine, severe kidney diseases with less urinary output, addison’s disease, acute dehydration, heat cramps, severe heart diseases and anuria (no urine output).
