TOBESS EYE DROPS contains Tobramycin which belongs to the group of antibiotics known as Antibiotics. It is used to manage bacterial infections of the external part of the eye, such as conjunctivitis and ear canal infections.
Bacterial conjunctivitis is the infection of the transparent membrane (conjunctiva) that lines the eyelid and covers the white part of your eyeball. Symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis include pain, discomfort, redness, itching, irritation, and watering of the eyes. Ear canal infection is the bacterial infection of external ear, which is characterised by ear pain, redness and swelling around the ear canal, discharge of fluid or pus from ear.
Do not wear contact lens if you have any ocular infection while using TOBESS EYE DROPS. Remove the contact lenses before using TOBESS EYE DROPS and can put them back after 15 minutes of use.
TOBESS EYE DROPS should be used with caution in patients who have ever had neuromuscular disorders, such as myasthenia gravis or Parkinson’s disease.
TOBESS EYE DROPS should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding woman. Consult your doctor before using the medicine.
The safety and effectiveness of TOBESS EYE DROPS in children under the age of 12 months has not been established. Consult your doctor before using the medicine.
The common side effects of using this medicine are swollen/itchiness in eyelids, eye irritation, redness of eyes, watery eyes. Consult your doctor if the symptom worsens or does not improve.
