Mix it in 30 ml of water or fruit juice until the powder dissolves completely. Give one sachet daily for 8 weeks, followed by one sachet every other day for 8 more weeks, with 30 ml of water or juice or as directed by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended daily dosage.
