SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET
is used in the management of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia complicated by an overactive bladder with symptoms of urge urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency. It is a combination of Mirabegron and Silodosin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Beta-3 adrenergic agonists and Alpha blockers respectively.
SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET is not recommended for use if you have severe kidney disease, severe liver disease, or severe, uncontrolled high blood pressure. Consult your doctor before taking it. SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate kidney and liver disease and ECG abnormalities (QT prolongation). Consult your doctor before taking it. SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET is not recommended for use by pregnant women unless clearly necessary.
SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women as it may pass into the breast milk. Consult your doctor before taking it.
SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age since there is no relevant indication for this age group. Consult your doctor before taking the medicine. The most common side effects of taking SILOTRIF M 50 TABLET are abnormal ejaculation (less or no noticeable semen is released during sex), increased heart rate (tachycardia), urinary tract infections, dizziness, including dizziness when standing up, runny or blocked nose, constipation, and nausea.
