Sensodent-R Dental Gel is a regular-use toothpaste that helps manage tooth decay and cavities. It contains sodium monofluorophosphate, zinc sulphate and alum as active ingredients that helps strengthen the gums, reduce bad breath, control plaque build-up and manage dental stones (calculus) formation.
Sodium monofluorophosphate provides fluoride that strengthens the tooth structure and makes it resistant to attack by microbes. Fluoride also helps to rebuild and remineralize the tooth.
Zinc sulphate helps control plaque, reduces oral malodour (bad breath) and calculus formation. Alum strengthens the gums, manages plaque build and thus helps in maintaining overall oral health.
