RELTUSS BR SYRUP is a combination of Bromhexine, Guaiphenesin, Terbutaline, and Menthol which belongs to the group of medicines called Mucolytics, Expectorants, Bronchodilators, and Soothing agents respectively. It is used to manage cough associated with bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, smoker’s cough, whooping cough, smokers dry cough and post-surgical cough. A cough is a reflex action to clear your airways of mucus and irritants like dust or smoke. RELTUSS BR SYRUP is not recommended for use in children (younger than 6 years of age) so consult your doctor before taking it. Before taking RELTUSS BR SYRUP, inform your doctor if you have any allergies or other conditions, or if you are taking any other medicines. RELTUSS BR SYRUP should be used in pregnant and breastfeeding women only if considered necessary by your doctor.
