PREDNATE DM EYE DROPS is used in the management of eye pain, inflammation, infections, itching, redness and swelling. It is usually prescribed to minimise the risk of eye infections and inflammation post eye surgery.
PREDNATE DM EYE DROPS contains a combination of
Difluprednate and Moxifloxacin
which works by suppressing your body from release inflammatory markers that causes eye inflammation and inactivating the susceptible bacteria that causes eye infections.
Use this medicine exactly as instructed by your physician. Misuse or overuse of this medicine may lead to unwanted side effects. If there is no improvement in your condition even after using this medicine for 7 days, consult your doctor for advice.
If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens before applying PREDNATE DM EYE DROPS and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinsertion.
Before using PREDNATE DM EYE DROPS inform your doctor if you have severe viral or fungal eye infections. You must also inform your doctor if you have glaucoma or any holes or ulcerations in the eyes as a precaution.
Do not use PREDNATE DM EYE DROPS without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The most common side effects of using PREDNATE DM EYE DROPS are mild eye irritation, eye dryness and itchiness, increased eye pressure, headache and taste changes. Consult your doctor if any of these side effect worsens.
