PRE ALDONIL 150MG TABLET is a combination of Epalrestat and Pregabalin which belongs to the group of medicines called Aldose reductase inhibitors and Cyclic GABA analogues

respectively. It is used in the management of diabetic neuropathy (nerve pain).

Diabetic neuropathy is a nerve damage occurring over time because of high sugar and fat levels in the blood due to diabetes. Symptoms depend on the type of neuropathy, such as pain and numbness in your feet or problems with the organ functions like that of your heart and bladder.

During management with PRE ALDONIL 150MG TABLET, your doctor will closely monitor if you have diabetic peripheral neuropathy with irreversible organic changes. Before taking PRE ALDONIL 150MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have a history of heart, liver or kidney disease, alcoholism or any drug abuse or dependence.

PRE ALDONIL 150MG TABLET should not be used in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless considered necessary by your doctor. The safety and effectiveness of PRE ALDONIL 150MG TABLET have not been established in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age), so consult your doctor before taking it.

The most common side effects of taking PRE ALDONIL 150MG TABLET are feeling generally unwell, headache, stomach pain, nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Contact your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.
