PAMORELIN LA 22.5MG INJECTION contains Triptorelin which belongs to the group of medicines called Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists. PAMORELIN LA 22.5MG INJECTION is used in men to manage prostate cancer and in children (2 years and older) to manage central precocious puberty (puberty before 8 years in girls and 10 years in boys). Prostate cancer is a form of cancer that begins in the gland cells of the prostate. Symptoms such as difficulty with urination, pain or burning sensation during urination and blood in the urine or semen. PAMORELIN LA 22.5MG INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with heart rhythm problems, diabetes, enlargement (benign tumour) of the pituitary gland or have a progressive brain tumour (especially in children).
