P Scab Lotion is an antiparasitic medication which is used to manage scabies (skin condition where mites infest and irritate your skin) and pediculosis (lice infestation). It contains permethrin as an active ingredient which kills parasites and provides relief from itchiness due to scabies and pediculosis.
Permethrin is a pyrethroid agent which works by paralyzing the parasite that helps to provide relief from scabies and pediculosis in affected individuals.
Always apply P Scab Lotion as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. For scabies, apply P Scab Lotion from head to toe with special attention to hairy areas and folds. Allow the lotion to remain on skin for least 10 to 20 hours. Repeat the process for 7 days after taking bath, if recommended by your physician. For pediculosis, wash your hair with soap and dilute one part of P Scab Lotion with 4 times of water and apply it thoroughly on scalp. Allow the lotion to remain on scalp for 15min & then rinse it off. Repeat this step for 2 weeks or as directed by your physician. Consult your physician immediately, if you develop worsening skin allergies.
