It contains elemental zinc, copper, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin C & E, lutein and zeaxanthin as active ingredients to manage various eye related problems.
Lutein and zeaxanthin helps in protecting your eyes from harmful light waves like ultraviolet rays from sunlight. Vitamin C and Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant which reduces the risk of cataracts. Zinc is an important mineral that helps to get vitamin A from your liver to your retina to make melanin which protects your eyes. Copper helps the development of flexible connective tissue for proper eye structure. It manages copper-deficiency anaemia.
