Nasonase Plus Sachet is a nasal decongestants used for nasal irrigation and temporarily relieves symptoms associated with sinusitis, cold, flu or allergies such as sneezing, nasal stuffiness, runny nose, post nasal drip. It removes inhaled irritants (dust, pollen) and helps to loosen thick mucus and moistens nasal passages. It contains sodium bicarbonate and sodium chloride as active ingredients.
Sodium bicarbonate or sodium chloride helps to add moisture inside the nose to dissolve and soften thick or crusty mucus. This helps relieve nasal stuffiness and makes breathing easier.
Use Nasonase Plus Sachet exactly as advised by your doctor. It is for intranasal use only. Cut or open 1 sachet and pour all the contents into Nasonase Plus Squeeze bottle. Pour up to 200 ml of previously boiled lukewarm water into it. Do not use boiling hot water. Close the bottle and shake well until all the components are dissolved. Use half of the solution to wash nasal passages and sinus cavity and let it come through another nostril. Repeat the process for another nostril with the remaining half of the solution.
