MYCOCLIN B CREAM is a combination of Beclomethasone and Sertaconazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Corticosteroids and Antifungals respectively.
It is used to manage fungal infections of the skin and skin folds in individuals with compromised immunity and in general. This medicine relieves itching, redness, irritation and swelling.
Avoid applying MYCOCLIN B CREAM, if you are allergic to beclomethasone, sertaconazole or other topical or oral corticosteroids, and or have skin atrophy, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma (eye disorder) or cataracts, active viral illnesses such as chicken pox, measles, infected skin lesions. tuberculous lesions of the skin, and or liver failure.
MYCOCLIN B CREAM is not recommended for use during pregnancy and in breastfeeding women. It is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (below 12 years of age). Consult your doctor using this medicine.
The most common side effects of applying MYCOCLIN B CREAM are burning skin and tenderness at the site of application
