LODOZ 2.5MG TABLET is a combination of Bisoprolol and Hydrochlorothiazide, which belong to the group of medicines called Beta blockers and Thiazide diuretics respectively. It is used to manage hypertension. Hypertension is a condition in which the force of the blood is consistently high against the walls of the arteries, which can increase the risk of heart disease, kidney disease, and stroke.
Take this medicine with or without food. Before taking LODOZ 2.5MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you have any problems related to the kidney, liver, lungs, or heart, or if you have other conditions such as diabetes, thyroid problems, psoriasis, metabolic acidosis, non-melanoma skin cancer, or altered electrolyte levels.
LODOZ 2.5MG TABLET is not recommended for children and adolescents younger than 18 years of age. If you are taking any other medicines for other conditions or have a history of drug allergies, inform your doctor as it may manage drug-related interactions and serious side effects. The most common side effects of LODOZ 2.5MG TABLET are headache, dizziness, tiredness, weakness, and nausea. Consult your doctor for advice if your symptoms get worse over time.
