Lichensa Ointment is an antimicrobial cream that is used for the management of cracked heels, dhobi’s itch, diaper rash (Adults and kids), napkin rash, bed sores, boils, nail infections, fungal infections between fingers and toes, burns, and skin injuries. It contains zinc oxide, clotrimazole, boric acid, and menthol as active ingredients.
Clotrimazole acts as an anti-fungal agent and helps to kill the fungus that is causing skin infection. Zinc Oxide has antibacterial action that manages skin infections. Boric acid helps to manage fungal infections. Menthol is a counter-irritant that causes the skin to feel cool and then warm and also helps to relive pain.
Apply Lichensa Ointment as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Clean the affected area and apply a thin and even layer of Lichensa Ointment. Apply Lichensa ointment before sleeping and at least twice a day or as directed by your doctor.
