Before using L PRED 0.5 OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION inform your doctor if you have glaucoma, any eye infection, or recently had cataract surgery. L PRED 0.5 OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION should be used with caution in pregnant women only if advised by the doctor. L PRED 0.5 OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION should be used with caution among breastfeeding mothers.
L PRED 0.5 OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION should be used with caution in children (from birth to 11 years of age) and in elderly patients. Your doctor may advise you to avoid contact lenses and monitor the pressure inside your eyes during management with L PRED 0.5 OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION.
The most common side effects associated with use of L PRED 0.5 OPHTHALMIC SUSPENSION are inflammation in the anterior chamber of the eye, eye pain and foreign body sensation in the eye. Consult your doctor if any of the symptoms bothers you.
