KETOGATE DROPS is a combination of Gatifloxacin and Ketorolac which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics and Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) respectively. It is used to manage eye inflammation and/or infection following eye surgery.
KETOGATE DROPS is for ophthalmic use only. Instil few drops of the medicine into the affected eye(s). Do not touch the tip of the dropper with your eye or other body surface to avoid contamination. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens before applying KETOGATE DROPS and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinsertion.
Before using KETOGATE DROPS inform your doctor if you have diabetes, arthritis or bleeding problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have any eye infections as a precaution.
KETOGATE DROPS is not recommended for use in pregnant women and in breastfeeding women unless considered necessary by the physician. The most common side effects of using KETOGATE DROPS are blurred vision, eye irritation or burning sensation. Consult your doctor if any of these side effect worsens.
