KETAFUNG TABLET contains Ketoconazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungals. It is used in adults to manage systemic fungal infections, chronic mucocutaneous and vaginal candidiasis, oral rush candiduric (fungal infection of mouth), etc.
Avoid drinking alcohol while receiving KETAFUNG TABLET management. Before taking KETAFUNG TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any liver, heart, or adrenal problems.
KETAFUNG TABLET should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the baby. KETAFUNG TABLET is not recommended for use by breastfeeding women. KETAFUNG TABLET is not for use in children (especially under 2 years of age), so consult your doctor for advice.
The most common side effects of taking KETAFUNG TABLET are nausea, headache, diarrhoea, stomach pain, etc. If any of the symptoms worsen, contact your doctor.
