IPRALUNGS RESPULES is a combination medication used to manage Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), asthma, bronchitis, bronchospasm, emphysema, and runny nose. It contains Ipratropium Bromide and Levosalbutamol, which work together to relax the muscles in the airways and enhance breathing. Your doctor will guide you on how often to use your inhaler. The effects of this medication may become noticeable after a few days, but it will reach its full effectiveness after several weeks. For the medication to work properly, it must be used regularly, even if you're not experiencing symptoms means it's still doing its job. Stopping the medication could cause your COPD to worsen. This management is not meant for sudden shortness of breath; if that happens, use your rescue inhaler instead. To get the most benefit from the medicine, it's essential to use the correct inhaler technique, as improper use may reduce its effectiveness. The most common side effects are dryness in mouth, shortness of breath, cough, tremor, headache, palpitations, muscle cramp, throat irritation and dizziness. If you experience these symptoms, do not stop taking the medication, but make sure to consult your doctor. You can help to reduce some of these side effects by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. There are also other, less common side effects that could be serious if you are concerned about them, be sure to discuss it with your doctor. Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver problems, so they can prescribe the appropriate dose for you. Additionally, let your doctor know if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding women.
