IMEXTOR 1000 TABLET contains Imeglimin, which belongs to the group of medicines called Antidiabetic agents. It is used in the management of diabetes mellitus when diet and exercise fail to control blood glucose levels.

During management with IMEXTOR 1000 TABLET, your doctor will check your kidney function regularly because excretion of this drug may be delayed, and blood concentration may increase. IMEXTOR 1000 TABLET is not recommended for use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before taking it.

IMEXTOR 1000 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with moderate to severe kidney disease, severe ketosis, diabetic coma or diabetic precoma, type 1 diabetes, or a severe infection. Consult a doctor before taking it. The most common side effects of taking IMEXTOR 1000 TABLET are hypoglycemia symptoms, which include weakness, severe hunger, and sweating. Consult your doctor if any of the side effects worsen.
