ILADAC DSR CAPSULE contains Domperidone and Ilaprazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiemetics and Proton pump inhibitors respectively. It is used in the management of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer (a sore on the lining of your stomach, small intestine or esophagus), nausea and vomiting.
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the tube connecting mouth and stomach (esophagus). This acid reflux can irritate the lining of esophagus. The symptoms include heartburn, chest pain, difficulty swallowing, sensation of a lump in your throat.
Before taking ILADAC DSR CAPSULE inform your doctor if you have heart, pituitary gland, kidney, liver problems, HIV/AIDS, bloody stools, blockage of intestine, problems with potassium/magnesium levels in blood. Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking ILADAC DSR CAPSULE.
Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to have a baby. ILADAC DSR CAPSULE is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. It is not recommended for use in children and adolescents below 12 years of age. The most common side effects of taking ILADAC DSR CAPSULE is dry mouth. Consult your doctor if symptom does not show improvement.
