HYPERNEB 3% Respules is a sterile hypertonic saline solution which is used for inhalation. It increases the mobilisation of secretions in the respiratory tract through an osmotic effect thereby manages the drying of mucus in bronchus. It contains Sodium chloride as active ingredient which works to control fluid volume and osmotic pressure. Sodium chloride are the major components of extracellular fluid which is present in the fluid outside the cells. They work together to maintain the osmolarity, acid base balance and the membrane potential of cells. Always use HYPERNEB 3% Respules as advised by your physician. It should be used with a nebulizer only. This medicine is not for injection or oral administration. It is for inhalation use only. HYPERNEB 3% Respules should be used with caution in pregnant and lactating mothers. Consult your doctor for advice.
