GRANDEM 1MG INJECTION contains a medicine Granisetron which belongs to a group of medicines called Anti-emetics. It is used to manage or manage nausea (feeling sick) and vomiting (being sick) caused by other medical managements such as chemotherapy or radiation management for cancer or by surgery.
Before receiving GRANDEM 1MG INJECTION inform your doctor if you have heart disease, blockage in your stomach or intestines, or electrolyte abnormalities.
GRANDEM 1MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult with your doctor before receiving it. GRANDEM 1MG INJECTION should not be given to children below 2 years of age. GRANDEM 1MG INJECTION can be used in elderly people (65 years and older). However, consult with your doctor before receiving it.
The most common side effects of receiving GRANDEM 1MG INJECTION are headache, constipation, problems sleeping (insomnia), and diarrhoea. Consult with your doctor if any of these worsen or doesn’t improve.
