GLENDEP SOLUTION is used in the management of Vitiligo. It contains a medicine called Decapeptide which is a gonadotrophin releasing hormone that works as re-pigmenting agent on the skin. It manages Vitiligo by inducing the migration of melanocytes (skin cells that causes melanin production) to the affected skin areas. Decapeptide can be used alone or in combination with other medicines for effective management.
Apply GLENDEP SOLUTION as advised by your physician. It is for topical use only. Gently apply a thin layer of the medicine over the affected skin areas. Do not stop using GLENDEP SOLUTION without consulting your doctor.
Before using GLENDEP SOLUTION, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any pre-existing disease conditions as a precaution. Decapeptide solution/lotion is generally well tolerated with mild skin redness and itching in some individuals at the application site. Consult your doctor if they trouble you.
