FLECARITE 100MG TABLET contains Flecainide which belongs to the group of medicines called Antiarrhythmics. It is used to manage Arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat such as Wolff-Parkinson White Syndrome), tachycardia (fast heartbeat) and fibrillation (rapid contractions of the muscles in the heart).
FLECARITE 100MG TABLET is not recommended in patients with heart disease such as heart failure, heart attack, heart valve problems, cardiogenic shock, electrolyte imbalance, Brugada syndrome (heart rhythm disturbance). Consult your doctor before taking it.
FLECARITE 100MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease, kidney disease, enlarged heart, chest pain (angina), severe low heartrate. Consult your doctor before taking it.
FLECARITE 100MG TABLET is generally not recommended for use in pregnant women unless considered clearly necessary. It is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor before taking it.
FLECARITE 100MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age). It should be used with caution in elderly patients. Consult your doctor before taking it.
The most common side effects of taking FLECARITE 100MG TABLET are dizziness, vertigo, lightheadedness, double vision, blurred vision and difficulty focusing. Consult your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen.
