FENOLIP 145MG TABLET contains Fenofibrate, which belongs to the group of medicines called fibrates. It is used to lower the levels of fat (triglycerides) in the blood. FENOLIP 145MG TABLET is used along with a low-fat diet, exercise, and weight loss to lower the levels of fat in the blood. Fenofibrate works by lowering the levels of triglycerides and bad cholesterol (LDL) while raising the levels of good cholesterol (HDL). FENOLIP 145MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver problems, kidney problems, gallbladder problems, or pancreatitis. FENOLIP 145MG TABLET is generally not recommended for use among pregnant and breastfeeding women. The most common side effects of taking FENOLIP 145MG TABLET may include diarrhea, stomach pain, wind (flatulence), feeling sick (nausea), being sick (vomiting), an increase in the levels of liver enzymes in the blood, and an increase in homocysteine.
