EME OD TABLET contains Palonosetron which belongs to the group of medicines called Serotonin antagonists. It is used to control nausea and vomiting resulting from chemotherapy (management of cancer) in adults.
EME OD TABLET should be used with caution in patients with heart diseases or a family history of heart diseases such as QT prolongation (changes in a heartbeat), chronic constipation or blocked bowels and unmanageed electrolyte imbalances such as potassium and magnesium in the blood.
EME OD TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnancy unless clearly necessary as it is not known whether it may cause harm to the unborn baby. Contact your doctor before taking it.

EME OD TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Contact your doctor before taking it. The most common side effect of taking EME OD TABLET is a headache. Contact your physician if the above side effects worsen.
