Eliva Max Cream is a lightening and brightening cream used to visibly lighten melasma, dark spots, UV-induced post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), freckles, and laser induced melanogenesis. It contains Tiny white, Tranexamic acid, Kojic acid dipalmitate and Pentavitin as active ingredients that improve the overall appearance of the skin.
Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation by inhibiting plasmin activity (responsible for the release of substances that activate melanin synthesis). Kojic dipalmitate inhibits tyrosinase (an enzyme involved in melanin synthesis).
Pentavitin provides powerful hydration and improves tired and dry skin. Tiny White contains liposomes that ensure efficient penetration and delivery of the active ingredients.
