DROLGAN TABLET is a combination of Aceclofenac and Drotaverine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antispasmodics. It is used to manage dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain), abdominal pain and cramps.
Do not use DROLGAN TABLET if you are allergic to other NSAIDs like ibuprofen or aspirin. Before taking DROLGAN TABLET, inform your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcer, have vomited blood, passed blood in faeces, have any kidney, heart, liver, bowel or blood clotting problems, porphyria, diabetes, chicken pox or if you have undergone any bypass surgery.
DROLGAN TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless considered necessary by your doctor. DROLGAN TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age) so, consult your child’s doctor for advice.
Avoid smoking while taking DROLGAN TABLET. The most common side effects of taking DROLGAN TABLET are dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, sleepiness, blurred vision and weakness. Contact your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen over time.
