CYCLOPAM INJECTION contains a medicine called Dicyclomine, which belongs to the Antispasmodics. It is used to manage functional bowel syndrome or irritable bowel syndrome. Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common condition that affects the digestive system. It causes symptoms like stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhoea, and constipation.
Before receiving CYCLOPAM INJECTION, inform your doctor if you have any problems related to the kidney, liver, lungs, or heart or if you have other conditions such as myasthenia gravis, ulcerative colitis, glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, or reflux esophagitis. CYCLOPAM INJECTION should be used during pregnancy only if advised by your doctor.
CYCLOPAM INJECTION is not recommended for use by breastfeeding women or children less than 6 months of age. In elderly patients (over the age of 65), CYCLOPAM INJECTION should be used with caution. The most common side effects associated with the use of CYCLOPAM INJECTION include dizziness, weakness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, sleepiness, and nervousness. Consult your doctor immediately if any of the symptoms worsen.
