It contains Calcium citrate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2-7, Zinc oxide, and Magnesium oxide as active ingredients which helps to improve bone strength and reduce risk of bone fracture and osteoporosis in affected individuals.
Calcium citrate improves low blood calcium levels which aids in managing bone loss (osteoporosis), and weak bones. Magnesium oxide enhances osteoclastic activity and decrease osteoclast number thus stimulating bone formation and managing bone fracture. Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin which helps to absorb calcium and phosphorus thus managing bone disorders.
