[GBKEYWORD] contains Benzoyl peroxide which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-bacterial and Anti-inflammatory agents. It is used to manage mild acne on face visible as whiteheads and blackheads on face as well as acne vulgaris (pimples occurring in the hair follicles). It is also used to manage formation of new blemishes on skin and unclog the pores of skin. BENZONIX GEL WASH is not recommended for severe acne and/or on the skin having deeper pits and dents, broken and/or damaged skin and in people who are allergic to benzoyl peroxide and/or any other ingredient found in BENZONIX GEL WASH. It is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women unless necessary. Consult your doctor before using BENZONIX GEL WASH. It is recommended to use only those products, that are labelled as non-comedogenic to manage clogging of pores. Avoid applying BENZONIX GEL WASH around your eyes, including eyelids and other mucous membranes. Also, care must be taken not to apply BENZONIX GEL WASH on broken/ damaged skin or the skin having dents or scars. Most common side effects of using BENZONIX GEL WASH are skin tension, burning stinging, itching, peeling and reddening of the skin. Consult your doctor if any of these above reactions bothers you.
