ALLERCET DC TABLET is a combination of Cetirizine and Phenylephrine which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-allergics and Nasal Decongestants respectively. It is indicated for the relief of symptoms of nasal congestion and allergic rhinitis.
ALLERCET DC TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with coronary artery disease, impaired liver function and severely increased blood pressure. ALLERCET DC TABLET should be used with caution in patients who have spinal cord lesion, prostatic hyperplasia (enlarged prostate), epilepsy and Raynaud’s syndrome.
ALLERCET DC TABLET should be used with caution in pregnant women only if advised by the doctor and it is not recommended for use in breast feeding women. This medicine is not recommended for use in children (below 12 years of age).
The side effects of taking ALLERCET DC TABLET are diarrhea, general discomfort, abnormal physical weakness, rash and itching. Talk with your doctor if any of the symptoms worsen or does not improve.
