ALEX P SYRUP is a combination of Chlorpheniramine, Menthol, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Sodium Citrate which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines, Cooling agents, Analgesics & Antipyretics, Nasal decongestant and Mucolytics respectively. It is used to relieve nasal and sinus congestion, allergic symptoms of the nose or throat due to hay fever, upper respiratory tract allergies (symptoms include runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever), sinus pain and headache. It is also used in combination with antibacterial in sinusitis, tonsillitis and otitis media.
ALEX P SYRUP is not recommended for use in patients with liver dysfunction, severe kidney disease, severe high blood pressure and glaucoma. Contact your doctor before taking. ALEX P SYRUP should be used with caution in patients with asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, diabetes mellitus, fits and hyperthyroidism. Contact your doctor before taking.
