A CN GEL(TOPICAL) is a combination of Clindamycin and Nicotinamide which belongs to a group of medicines called Lincomycin antibiotics and Vitamin B3 complex, respectively. A CN GEL(TOPICAL) is used to manage mild to moderate acne which is a skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells which may occur due to variety of causes such as genetics, fluctuating hormone levels, stress, high humidity or using oily or greasy personal care products which may affect people of all ages. It is characterized by symptoms such as open or closed plugged pores, small red & tender bumps, pimples, large, solid or painful lumps under the skin and painful & pus-filled lumps under the skin. Before using A CN GEL(TOPICAL) inform your doctor if you have liver, kidney, lung or heart diseases. Avoid applying A CN GEL(TOPICAL) to a cut, scrapped, sunburnt or eczema affected skin. A CN GEL(TOPICAL) should be used with caution in pregnant and in breastfeeding women. A CN GEL(TOPICAL) is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (below 12 years). Consult your doctor before applying. The most common side effects of using A CN GEL(TOPICAL) are skin inflammation, contact dermatitis (red, itchy rash), inflammation of hair follicles, itchy skin, dry skin and peeling of skin. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsen.
