At Global Surgicals, we strive to provide high-quality medical and surgical equipment.
Due to the nature of our products (medical-use, hygiene-sensitive, and sealed packaging), returns are only accepted under specific conditions.


βœ… Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement is accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is still unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

❌ Non-returnable / Non-refundable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Medicines, pharma products, supplements

  • Used or opened medical equipment

  • Items with tampered packaging or missing accessories

  • Personalized, customized, or rented equipment (rental terms apply separately)

Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return.

If the product qualifies for return:

  1. Our team will evaluate the evidence.

  2. A replacement will be shipped after approval.

  3. In case the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

If approved, refunds will be:

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

The time taken to reflect in your bank or card depends on your provider.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), shipping charges are covered by us.

  • If the customer requests return for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong product), shipping cost is borne by the customer (if accepted at all).


❗ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order (if not yet shipped).

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


⚠ Important Notes

  • Do not return items without authorization β€” we will not accept unauthorized returns.

  • If the courier marks the order as delivered but you did not receive it, report within 24 hours.
