At Global Surgicals, we strive to provide high-quality medical and surgical equipment.
Due to the nature of our products (medical-use, hygiene-sensitive, and sealed packaging), returns are only accepted under specific conditions.
β Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement is accepted only if:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item is still unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).

β Non-returnable / Non-refundable Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Medicines, pharma products, supplements

Used or opened medical equipment

Items with tampered packaging or missing accessories

Personalized, customized, or rented equipment (rental terms apply separately)
Once the seal is broken, we cannot accept a return.
π Replacement Policy
If the product qualifies for return:

Our team will evaluate the evidence.

A replacement will be shipped after approval.

In case the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

If approved, refunds will be:

Issued to the original payment method

Processed within 5β7 business days after inspection
The time taken to reflect in your bank or card depends on your provider.
π Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), shipping charges are covered by us.

If the customer requests return for any other reason (change of mind, ordered wrong product), shipping cost is borne by the customer (if accepted at all).
β Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order (if not yet shipped).

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
β Important Notes

Do not return items without authorization β we will not accept unauthorized returns.

If the courier marks the order as delivered but you did not receive it, report within 24 hours.
