The medicine is also used to manage few types of illness and replace insufficient adrenal hormone after injury, surgery and\/or other stressful events.\n\nCORTIVAC 10 TABLET is not recommended for use in patients allergic to hydrocortisone, certain foods, preservatives and\/or dyes. It is also not recommended for use in patients with fungal infections (such as thrush, candida) and in patients who recently received\/scheduled (for) vaccinations.\n\nBefore taking CORTIVAC 10 TABLET, inform your doctor if you have\/ever had severe depression, manic depression, septicaemia (life threatening infection), stomach ulcer, chicken pox\/shingles, weakened immune system, high blood pressure, heart problems (such as heart attack, congestive heart disease), kidney and\/or liver problems.\n\nCORTIVAC 10 TABLET should be used with caution in pregnant and breastfeeding women only if it is clearly necessary. It is also used with caution in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). The medicine can also be indicated for use in elderly patients (aged above 65 years) after consulting the doctor.\n\nThe common side effect of taking CORTIVAC 10 TABLET is mental health problem.
